Whether you donate your time, materials or make a financial donation, you are helping Spring River School and supporting the gift of outdoor education.

 

As a non-profit educational organization, all our funding and income go directly back to supporting our teachers and students. No matter the size, each financial gift to Spring River makes a huge impact!

​There are many ways you can help us pursue our mission.  The most common ways we receive support are through:

• Donations to our Annual Giving Fund​

• Sponsoring, donating to, and attending our seasonal events

  • Fall Oktoberfest - an adult celebration of community and friendship

  • Annual Fun Run earmarked for Staff Professional Development

  • Spring Market & Silent Auction​​ - supporting our Tuition Assistance Program

  • Advertisement in our Annual Yearbook

Here are some examples of the impacts your gifts can have on our students:

 

• $5 purchases a book for a class library wagon

• $25 buys extra wool yarn for grades 1, 2 or 3 in their hardworking class

• $50 purchase recorders for a music class

• $100 purchases table cloths for classroom tables

• $500 sends a teacher to annual grade-specific professional development

• $1,000 supports tuition assistance 

• $1,500 supports summer professional development for teachers

Jacksonville Educational Community/dba Spring River School is a Florida not-for-profit 501c3 corporation.  Any donation will be used to further the charitable and educational programs of the organization and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
