Spring River School has partnered with FACTS Management to manage tuition payments, enrollments, and financial assistance.

Tuition Payment

All families must complete their Tuition Management Agreement through FACTS before their child can attend school. Here is where you will set up automatic withdrawal and where you will be given two choices as to what time of the month you would like your tuition withdrawn, the 1st or 15th of each month.

 

Families may opt to pay tuition in one, or ten installments. The first payment is due July 1st or July 15th, 2024. Payments made by credit card are subject to a non-refundable 2.95% FACTS convenience fee.

 

Tuition Deposit

• Grades Program K through 8th:  $450 per child. 

• Forest Immersion program:  $150 per child.  

**The tuition deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied fully towards next year’s tuition. If a family has a past-due balance, the re-enrollment agreement and deposit will not be accepted until the account is paid up-to-date.

 

IMPORTANT: To reserve your child’s space, the completed enrollment contract and deposit are due by February 25th, 2024 for returning families. The deposit due date for new families is ten (10) days upon acceptance. 

 

Multi-Student Discount

Full tuition is charged for the oldest child; a 5% discount for the second child; and a 10% discount for subsequent children.

Non-refundable Enrollment Fees:

 

• New Student Application Fee: 

A non-refundable application fee of $45 needs to be paid along with the online application submission.  The application link will go live on January 15th, 2024.

**Returning students rolling over into the next school year do not pay this fee nor submit this application.

 

• Registration Fee: 

Returning Families: non-refundable registration fee of $110 per family (early bird registration for the school year 2024-2025 will open from January 15th, 2024 to February 14th, 2024). 

**If re-enrollment requirements are not met by the February 14 deadline, Spring River School administration cannot guarantee a space will be available for the 2024-25 school year.

 

New Families: Upon acceptance into the program, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $160 per family. Registration for the school year 2024-2025 will open on February 15th, 2024. 

**Families must create a Facts Family Portal account and submit their registration packet with the registration fee.

 

• Classroom & Supply Fee: 

An annual non-refundable supply fee will be charged in full together with the first month's tuition payment  (July 1st, 2024 or July 15th, 2024).
