Spring River School has partnered with FACTS Management to manage tuition payments, enrollments, and financial assistance.

Tuition Payment

All families must complete their Tuition Management Agreement through FACTS before their child can attend school. Here is where you will set up automatic withdrawal and where you will be given two choices as to what time of the month you would like your tuition withdrawn, the 1st or 15th of each month.

Families may opt to pay tuition in one, two, or ten installments. The first payment is due July 1st/15th, 2023.

Payments made by credit card are subject to a non-refundable 2.95% FACTS convenience fee.

 

Tuition Deposit

The deposit for families enrolling and re-enrolling their children in the Grades Program K through 8th  is $600 per child. The deposit for families enrolling in the Forest Immersion program is $150 per child.   The tuition deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The deposit will be applied fully towards next year’s tuition, provided the enrollment agreement and deposit are submitted by the enrollment/re-enrollment deadlines. If a family has a past-due balance, the re-enrollment agreement and deposit will not be accepted until the account is paid up-to-date.

Deposit due dates:

• The deposit due date for returning families not requiring Tuition Assistance is March 31st, 2023. 

• The deposit due date for new families is ten (10) days upon acceptance. 

 

Multi-Student Discount

Full tuition is charged for the oldest child; a 5% discount for the second child; and a 10% discount for subsequent children. Receipt of the sibling discount is conditional upon the continued attendance of the sibling(s). The sibling discount will be adjusted if a sibling withdraws or enters during the school year.  *Discounts are not applied to school supplies or other fees.

 

Tuition Assistance

Spring River School's leadership will make every effort to ensure that any student, regardless of a family’s financial ability, has the opportunity to attend our programs.  For the 2023-24 school year, scholarships will be available. Awards are based on financial need. To apply, please read over the information on our Tuition Assistance page on our website and complete an application at the link you will find there (the tuition assistance link will go live on February 1, 2023).

Fees:

 

New Student Application Fee: 

A non-refundable application fee of $35 needs to be paid along with the online application submission.  The Application LINK will go live on February 1, 2023, through our website. (Returning students rolling over into the next school year do not pay this fee nor submit this application). 

 

Registration Fee: 

• Returning Families: There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee per family with a $10 additional fee per sibling.  Through the Facts Family Portal account, registration for the school year 2023-2024 will open from February 1st, 2023 to February 14th, 2023. If re-enrollment requirements are not met by the February 14, 2023 re-enrollment deadline, Spring River School administration cannot guarantee a space will be available for the 2023-24 year.

 

• New Families: Upon acceptance into the program, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per family. Registration for the school year 2023-2024 will open on February 15th, 2023. Families must create a Facts Family Portal account and submit their registration packet with the registration fee.

 

Supply Fee: 

An annual non-refundable supply fee will be charged, which is not included in the tuition.  Supply fees will be charged in full in the first month of payment (July 1 or July 15th, 2023), together with the first month's tuition payment.

Important Dates for School Year 2023-2024: 36 Instructional Weeks​

• Early Release: twice per month at 1 pm on the First Friday and 1 pm on the third Wednesday of each month

• Teacher Planning Days (2 per semester, dates TBA)

• First Day of School (for students):  August 21, 2023

• Fall Break: November 20, 2023 - November 24, 2023

• Winter Break: December 18, 2023 - January 3, 2024

• Spring Break: March 18, 2024 - March 22, 2024

• Last Day of School: May 31, 2024

• We will have 10 set aside Weather Days
